Good morning, friends, and thanks for tuning in for my first official Fitness and Frozen Grapes blog post!  First thing’s first…

Breakfast

After sipping my standard two cups of coffee, I toasted two Kashi 7 Grain Waffles for today’s breakfast.  I served them up with a heaping dollop of Arrowhead Mills Creamy Peanut Butter and topped them with some banana slices.  Yummy!

I’ve got a busy day ahead of me filled with lots of fitness-related activities, including my workout.  Stay tuned!

  1. I had a 1/2 c. of 2% fage greek yogurt mixed with 1 tbsp. of pumpkin butter with a 1/4 c. of homemade granola.

    Those waffles look delicious. I’ll definitely have to try them!
