Happy Sunday, friends! Did you have a great weekend? I spent Saturday hunkering down and laying low due to Nemo, but I did get lots of cleaning, laundry, and meal prep done, which I consider a success. Today, I ran some errands and completed a full-body strength training workout and a 75-minute indoor bike trainer ride. I also got new running sneakers!
Speaking of Monday, this week is make or break time—can I balance interning full-time with Full Throttle Endurance training? For now, I’m going to stick to my normal training schedule and complete two sweat sessions before work—basically, if I don’t workout by 8 a.m., then it’s not happening—so we’ll see how it goes. I plan to blog three days this week, so if things seems a bit sporadic, you know why. Time for Write It Down, Do It Up!

Friday – a.m. swim with FTE; a.m. run
Saturday – a.m. swim; p.m. bike and strength train (if I can even stay up that late—SU game starts at 8 p.m.!)
Sunday – off
